Join me on selected Summer Sunday dates to wind it down through soothing and cooling movement. The ideal way to soothe and calm ahead of the week!

90 minutes of soothing somatic movement to help restore the nervous system and ease pain and tension in the body. We will journey through the planes from being on the back body, to each side through twists and creative shapes, to the front and gentle standing movement before journeying back to the floor for a closing guided relaxation and rest!
