Step into a nourishing space where movement meets sound, and the body is invited to lead the way.
We’ll begin the evening with a 75-minute guided somatic movement journey with Jesse Laila, designed to gently awaken the body, release held tension, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm. Expect slow, intuitive, and grounding movement—blending somatic practices with fluid, softly expressive flow.
From this place of openness, you’ll be guided into a healing sound journey with Hannah, weaving together kirtan, crystal bowls, and vocal tones to create an immersive soundscape. Let the vibrations ripple through you, supporting deep rest, emotional release, and inner stillness.
We’ll close the evening with refreshments and gentle connection, giving you time to integrate and land softly.
