Refund Policy

Booking & Cancellation Terms

All treatments must be booked in advance via the website or directly through email. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email / invoice with all the details you need to prepare for your session.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable at the time of your treatment, either in cash or via card payment. If the appointment start date is within 2 weeks the full payment is required at time of booking and no refunds will be given*.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as this is a small business with limited availability, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling*.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 50% of the full treatment price.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honour the time of the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Illness or Emergency

If you’re feeling unwell—especially with symptoms of cold, flu, or anything contagious—please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to rebook you without charge in cases of genuine illness or emergency.

Respectful Space

All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
