IT'S NOT NATURAL to be "on" all the time

Most of us live like it’s mid-summer every day of the year.
 

We expect ourselves to be constantly productive, high-energy, and ready for anything. But nobody can keep that up forever. Eventually, the wheels come off.

 

If you are coming out of a period of burnout, or you are simply exhausted by the constant noise of a busy life, this is a chance to stop and recalibrate.

Why I created this

For years I have experimented with slow and seasonal living, the idea that we can work with nature's rhythms rather than grinding against them all year round. That experiment became a necessity after I experienced severe burnout, adrenal dysfunction and Long COVID, and was forced to completely reconsider how I was living and working.

What I found, both in my own life and across the businesses I've worked in, is that we are collectively running a pattern with no room for softening, pausing or reflecting. Those aren't luxuries, they are how we function healthily.

I've spent years studying the Pagan Wheel of the Year, Human Design, Ayurvedic principles, somatic bodywork, circadian rhythm, colour therapy and the ancient Japanese and Buddhist practices that underpin longevity and balance. The Seasonal Calibration Intensive is where all of that comes together and is woven with an intuitive approach to help you see the bigger picture and find your own way through.

We can meet in person at your home, or online if you'd prefer. If you're outside the Stroud area, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile. Email us at hello@retreatmewellness.com before booking and we'll confirm the costs.

 

Refreshments

A small seasonal refreshment is offered for in-person sessions. For online, we recommend having a hydrating drink and a seasonal snack ready.

If we are meeting in person, a small seasonal refreshment will be provided. If online, have a drink and a seasonal snack ready.

150 minutes to breathe, think, and plan without any distractions.

2:00pm - Arrival & Somatic

Grounding We start with simple breathwork, gentle stretches and a guided meditation to settle your nervous system.
 

2:30pm - Check-in

We look at what you're arriving with today and how the energy of the current season is shaping things for you.
 

2:30pm - Deep Dive

I ask a series of intuitive questions and take notes, helping you identify where you're losing energy and what's creating the most noise.

3:30pm - Comfort Break

A chance to stretch, hydrate and breathe.

3:35pm - 90-Day Plan.

We consolidate everything into a clear three-month roadmap, your top priorities, simplified.

4:45pm - Closing & Grounding

We finish with a grounding checkout so you leave feeling calm and clear-headed.

Ways to work together

Single Session - £275

One session to stop, recalibrate and leave with a clear 90-day plan.

Seasonal Rhythm Package - £950

Four sessions across the year, one per season. Each one builds on the last, helping you recalibrate at every natural turning point and stay connected to a pace that actually works for you. You save £150 against the single session price.

The package works best booked as a set at the start of the year or at any seasonal transition (solstice, equinox). Sessions are spread quarterly and scheduled at the start of the package.
