General Terms & Conditions

By booking with Retreat Me Wellness, you agree to the following terms. These are here to protect both you and us, ensuring clarity, respect, and smooth experiences.

1. Booking & Payment

Individual sessions are booked and paid for in full online at the time of booking.
For retreats, trainings, or corporate bookings, deposits are non-refundable and payment deadlines are outlined per event or invoice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private sessions:

You're welcome to reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, via the website or by emailing hello@retreatmewellness.com.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Group Classes:

Please reach out with 3 days notice to defer your credit and reschedule.

Retreats & trainings:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the start date: refund or transfer minus deposit.
Within 8 weeks: non-refundable.
Spaces may be transferred to another person with our approval.

Corporate & group bookings:

A deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance due 14 days before the event.
Cancel more than 30 days before: deposit kept, remainder refunded.
Cancel within 30 days: 50% charged.
Cancel within 14 days: 100% charged.
Rescheduling possible with 30+ days' notice (additional costs may apply).

3. Health & Safety

Participation is at your own risk.
You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, health conditions or circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely before your session.
We reserve the right to decline participation if safety or group wellbeing could be compromised.

4. Confidentiality & Consent

Personal information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Photos, videos, or testimonials will only be used with your explicit consent.

5. Kindness & Conduct

We ask for respect, clear communication, and kindness.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

6. Force Majeure

If sessions or events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, extreme weather, government restrictions), we will reschedule where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed but credits may be offered.

7. Liability

Retreat Me Wellness is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in our services.
For retreats or travel-based events, we recommend arranging suitable insurance.

8. Late Payment

Late payments on invoiced services may incur a 5% weekly fee. Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid.

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Retreat Me Wellness offers wellbeing experiences designed to support personal clarity, seasonal planning, nervous system regulation and holistic wellbeing. Our services including yoga, somatic sessions, retreats and 1:1 work are for personal development and educational purposes only.

Jesse Laila is not a licensed medical, psychological or therapeutic professional. Nothing shared in our sessions, communications or materials constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Our services are not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or serious medical condition, please seek appropriate support.

By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and for any decisions made as a result of our work together. Retreat Me Wellness is not liable for any loss or harm arising from participation in our sessions or use of our materials. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Sliding Scale Tickets

We offer a sliding scale for some of our events as a way to make our offerings accessible while honouring the value of the space and the energy it takes to hold it.

Please choose the tier that feels most honest and aligned for you at the time of booking.

Supported
For those with limited access to resources. You may be living paycheck to paycheck, supporting dependents, experiencing unemployment or underemployment, or without access to savings or disposable income.

Standard
Covers the true cost of your place and supports us to continue offering this work. You may have stable income, afford basic needs and some extras, and have access to savings or be able to holiday occasionally.

Supporter
Helps cover someone else's place and supports this offering to thrive long-term. You may have expendable income, own property or savings, or feel called to support others in community.

No proof required. We trust you to choose with integrity. If finances are a barrier, please reach out. We hold a small number of gifted or exchange-based places for those in need.
