Wake up to the sound of the birds chorus and morning coffee on the terrace with stunning views of the surrounding woodland. Relax and restore with twice daily yoga classes and meditation practice whilst being immersed in glorious nature. Create a deeper connection with yourself, your surroundings, and your fellow retreat sisters as you sit in circle around an outdoor fire whilst bathing in the beauty of this magical and secluded space.

10:30 Strong and slow flow yoga

14:00 Activity time (Guided journaling, book a massage, forest bathing, or time to explore the area)
16:30 Tea and cake
17:30 Wind it down yoga and relaxation
19:30 Supper
21:00 Nidra by the fire
22:00 Free time
