How Each Seasons Impacts Us

The circadian rhythm isn't just 24 hours, it's seasonal.

Trying to maintain the same high-speed pace every day of the year isn't just exhausting, it is actually against your biology. In the UK, mental health is now the leading cause of long-term time off work, and a huge part of that comes down to the fact that we’ve been taught to ignore our natural rhythms.
