T & Cs

Retreat Terms

A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 28 days before arrival and will be non-fundable. Due to the nature of our events and some circumstances out of our control we may allow retreat credit if you can find another person to fill your space. This is on a case by case basis.

CIRCLE Terms

Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will be refunded or provided with credit for a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full. 

CLASS TERMS

Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. To cancel or reschedule for a class booking please speak to Sophie or Jesse individually at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your booking to a later date. If a refund is requested, the amount will be at the discretion of the facilitator depending on the nature of the event, anything requested within 24 hours of the class will be charged in full and no refunds will be given. 

 

PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS​ - Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. To cancel or reschedule for an appointment please speak to Jesse individually at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your booking to a later date. If a refund is requested, the amount will be at the discretion of the facilitator depending on the nature of the event, anything requested within 24 hours of the class will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.
