About the event

Autumn Roots: Big Yoga Flow with Jesse Laila

Enjoy this 90-minute guided session - a grounding, dynamic and expressive practice. All of our experiences and events are dedicated to seasonal alignment. We're committed to creating spaces that support you in connecting to your self as well as the nature that surrounds us. Acknowledging and embodying the season is an essential part of our process.

We're offering you an intentional space to come into alignment with this new energy of the changing season. Now that the weather's cooled down and the days are noticeably shorter, this is the perfect opportunity to take a step back from everyday life and drop into your body to prepare for autumn - a season of slowing down, getting cosy and settling in for winter.

Expect strong, fluid sequences, moments of play and plenty of breath accompanied by an immersive, carefully curated playlist that will carry you through the flow and transport you out of everyday life. We intend that you'll leave feeling recharged, centered and ready for autumn.
