About the event
FESTIVE FLOW with Jesse Laila
Dynamic, Creative, Strong
A little festive magic, an immersive playlist with 90 minutes to flow, breathe and ground your energy ahead of the busy festive season!
This uplifting Vinyasa flow is a chance to step away from the December rush and come back into your body.
Expect a flowing, warming practice with plenty of movement, breath and feel-good energy — all wrapped up with a little festive sparkle.
All classes start and close with a somatic grounding.
We build the body up generating a little heat, moving through a creative sequence and finish with time to slow down, soften and integrate the practice.
Some yoga experience is encouraged as this is a strong practice.
Festive sparkles welcome!
See you on the mat!
