Join us for our 90-minute immersive vinyasa flow to honour the Spring Equinox — a powerful moment of pause, recalibration and quiet momentum.
This extended practice will guide you through a steady, fluid journey designed to awaken the body, soften the nervous system and invite a sense of renewed clarity. Expect rhythmic movement, creative and dynamic sequencing and moments of stillness woven throughout — an opportunity to shed the weight of winter and gently orient yourself towards the new season.
Rooted in breath, balance and embodied awareness, this is a practice to help you reconnect with your centre, cultivate spaciousness and step into the new season feeling grounded, open and energised.
All levels welcome as we offer modifications however a basic level of yoga practice is advantageous. Come as you are — leave feeling lighter, clearer and inspired to blossom into the unfolding of Spring.
