Let’s gather to celebrate movement, music, and magic. This 90-minute Winter Flow is an invitation to move with joy — a soulful blend of creative vinyasa, somatic rhythm, and radiant rest to honour the return of the light.
We’ll flow through warming, expansive sequences that ignite inner fire and open the heart — set to lush soundscapes and candlelight. Expect moments of stillness, laughter, and a sense of connection that lingers long after you roll up your mat.
We often gather for a hot drink afterwards, so we invite you to allow time for this too!
