As summer begins to soften into the next season, join us to mark the Autumn Equinox — a moment of balance between light and dark, activity and rest, outward energy and turning inward.

This is a nourishing and energising 90 minute movement experience designed to an immersive playlist, with the aim to help you transition into the new season feeling grounded and reconnected to your roots.

Expect a dynamic, flowing yoga practice weaving together movement, breath and seasonal intention, with plenty of space to challenge yourself, play with your practice and reconnect with your body.

We'll move, breathe, sweat and flow together before coming down into a deeply grounding rest — leaving you feeling recharged, centred and ready for autumn.
