SOMATIC MOVEMENT & SOUND JOURNEY EXPERIENCE
An immersive evening to reset and connect to the celebration of Lammas/Harvest.
Join Jesse Laila and Hannah Salisbury in a sound and movement journey to align you with the rhythm energy of Lammas (often called Lughnasadh) which is an ancient festival celebrated around August 1st marking the year's first grain harvest.
We’ll begin dropping in slowly, tuning into body sensations through somatic-inspired movement, which will pick up into a gentle and creative standing sequence. After 90 minutes of movement, we'll move into Hannah's sound journey where you'll receive sound frequencies that mimic the energy of the summer season.
