Before summer slips quietly into autumn, join us for a special 90-minute Big Vinyasa Yoga Flow celebrating the final golden days of the season.
This is a joyful, immersive practice designed to help you move, breathe, sweat and soak up the last of summer energy.
We'll flow through an energising, full-body yoga practice accompanied by an immersive, carefully curated playlist, allowing the music to carry you through the movement and create a little space to switch off from everyday life.
Expect strong, fluid sequences, moments of play, plenty of breath and a delicious final relaxation — leaving you feeling energised, open and fully alive.
