An immersive evening to reset and connect to the solstice.
Join Jesse Laila and Hannah Salisbury in a sound and movement journey to align you with the rhythm of the solstice's heightened summer energy.
We’ll begin dropping in slowly, tuning into sensation through somatic-inspired movement, which will pick up in power and pace. After 90 minutes of movement, we'll move into Hannah's sound journey where you'll receive sound frequencies that mimic the energy of the summer solstice.
This is an immersive movement experience, and a sanctuary for your nervous system. Every one of our classes is built upon the foundational intention of reconnecting you to your own, unique natural rhythm. By connecting with the season, you connect with nature, and by connecting with nature, you connect with yourself.
