Winter With Me is a 90-minute therapeutic somatic movement and meditation experience, carefully designed to soothe the nervous system and awaken inner stillness.Each sequence is choreographed to a beautiful classical and calming music playlist, crafted to guide you deeper into presence — where movement, melody, and breath melt into one.
We’ll move gently — unfolding tension through soft, sensory flow.
We’ll rest deeply — wrapped in sound, silence, and soul-level exhale.
We’ll dream softly — reflecting on the year behind and tuning into whats to come.
